How do I return an item?
Policy Returns, Shipping, and Handling
Coins, currency, jewelry and diamonds, that are sold are considered genuine unless described otherwise.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for any reason that you are not completely satisfied please carefully read the policy for returns, shipping, and handling.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from the receipt date for a full refund of the item's price, which does NOT include shipping and handling charges.
Items cancelled by the purchaser because of market changes are not applicable for full refunds. These items will be adjusted to the current market prices based upon the date we receive them back.
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders due to pricing errors.
All sales are not completed until confirmed by us.
Third party graded items by NGC, PMG, PCGS, ANACS, ICG, GIA, and EGL are not returnable unless agreed to in writing prior to purchase.
We will issue your refund in the orginal form of payment recieved.
Shipping and Handling
We ship only in the United States.
We ship via USPS Priority or registstered with tracking, signature requirement and insurance.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your item(s) to ship.
Some items may take 7-10 business days to ship which we will notify you upon completion of your order.
Additional Policy Returns, Shipping and Handling
Items removed from original packaging are NOT returnable.
Original tags MUST be attached to jewelry when returning.
If paying by check or money order items will not ship until it has been cleared.
Orders shipped to Florida will have sales tax added.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping & handling charges due to excessive weight or special needs when necessary.
Multiple items can be combined to save shipping cost.
